Shipping
Depending on what you buy and where you are shipping it to. The system automatically calculates the price and show you in the order form before you submit it. In case of error in the system calculation, we will call to inform you before we ship to you. For any of Urea and NPK fertilizers, you need to select self pick up and call us for delivery fee as the system is currently unable to calculate the delivery fee. This is also applicable buying from outside the country.

Returns
We accept a return on products that are:
If the product(s) received is/are different from the product image(s) advertised or
If the product does not carry the same description as advertised on our website. You can return all eligible item(s) within 4 days to any of our offices where you purchased the product from and that is after calling our customer service line or sending an email in that regard.

Steps involved:
1. Call/Email us for more clarification on what can bring about the differences

2. Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies.

3.Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days into your Account as we may request from you.

Delivery
For all orders within Lagos, we deliver within 1-3 business days and 3-7 business days for orders outside Lagos depending on the location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your invoice. We have to be notified of undelivered packages within 3 days from the day you placed the order for orders within Lagos and 7 days from the day you placed the order for orders outside Lagos so that we may follow up and make a fix.

Pre-Ordered Items
If you have ordered pre-order items with a launch date, we will then reserve your total order until the launch date. The total order will be dispatch from us on or before the day of the launch. If you have any questions on our shipping policy, please feel free to contact us.

Payments
We are currently offering bank transfer, bank deposit and Pay on delivery for Lagos orders while we offer bank transfer and bank deposit only for outside orders outside Lagos. Full Payments must be made before orders will be shipped to your chosen destination. You can find our bank details below for Payment.

Payment on Delivery for Dangote, NPK Fertilizers & Super Gro

We accept cash transaction and Pay on Delivery. We deliver to any part of Nigeria between 3 - 5 Days. Minimum Order for NPK Fertilizer is 100 Bags and 10 Kegs (5 Liters or its equivalent for Super Gro). For Pay on Delivery, customers are to issue Local Purchasing Order (LPO) and obtain a Bank Guarantee from their Bank before the delivery is implemented.
